Spare Parts Warranty: 6-month warranty on all genuine spare parts.

Customers can request services and monitor job progress using our online portal available at technicalsewa.com. You will receive real-time SMS alerts and service call logs.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for services and spare parts is provided upon request or before initiating service.
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, mobile banking, eSewa, Khalti, and direct deposit.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Technical Sewa shall not be held responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service usage or malfunctioning equipment.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service or product.
