Answer: The expert will check thoroughly first and then give a final quote after detecting the fault. You can choose to go ahead with the service or deny it. If you do not avail of any other service inspection, you have to pay an inspection charge of Rs. 500.
Question: Do you give a warranty on spare parts?
Answer: We do not manufacture any spare parts ourselves, so the warranty is different as per the company. But for customer satisfaction and loyal customers, we will give a 3-month warranty on parts and a 1-year service warranty.
Question: Will the gas stove be done at home or need to be brought to the shop? If I need to bring it to the shop, then do I have to pay transportation charges?
Answer: After the initial diagnosis by the technician, he will decide whether the servicing can be done at home or not based on the scope of work. In cases where the technician needs to do the servicing outside the home, a travel allowance needs to be provided by the customers.
